I have a account that was debited on the 25th April as my debit is the 25th successfully went through. Today I get a message my account is in arrears with R680. How is that possible my next debit is 25th May confirmed by customer service it was escalated to billing had to get feedback now my WiFi is suspended at 22:00 my daughter busy with assignments than bang. What's going on that billing department
Had 2 uber eats payment that was done 23 and 24th May 2024 and these payments were only done 10 or 11 June 2024 My account is on a negative now as there no money in my ccount those days and now everyday I am being charged R90 unpaid payments so basically when money goes in my account these unpaid wil be on R1000 which is not my fault can these unpaid payments be stopped. Now I am being told to go into a branch to stop the unpaid payments on my account
So my account is in arrears tried to contact the number given, even the email address no feedback. Rather getting emails that don't make sense. Your collections department don't know how to assist a customer that is asking why the amount so high. They said they call me back well never happened. Saturday lost my phone went to store but we can't help you mam cause the status of the account. So basically if your account is arrears no one will assist me. Asking the agent at store how to make payment arrangements he tells me I must call a certain number oh wow how do I do that I don't have a vodacom sim and any other network you pay. So please tell me what needs to be done

Good day Really only way to get assistance as emails dont get replied. On the 23rd I send through invoice for February tutoring and paid invoice for January. Today is the 3rd tutor has not been paid for this month. Send the same email through on the 24th still no reply. I asked for proof of payment for school fees nothing. Email send just to get some information well no reply. All i want to know is which day must invoices be submitted for payment to be recieved atleast by the 1st of each month.
Good Day on the 24/08/2022 I sed through a email attached a invoice from the tutor to your trustfund department. No reply then I know it takes 5 days. Still nothing on 01/09/2022 send a email for follow up no response as the payment was to be made to the tutor by the 1st. Then today 05/09/2022 i send again a email nothing. Last month was advised every month must send through this invoice so that the amount can be paid. So my niece has not gone for classes this month as we can't pay for it. Can I please get response to what is happening cause I now have to stop her tutoring for now.
My father passed away last week I started doing the claim Monday every morning I wake up to certain documents being requested and now cause my surname change I really don't know what documents to submit. I have done everything and we have the funeral tomorrow I have to borrow money but I took out a policy for all this. Now iam being if everything is correct I will wait 48 hours my father will be in the ground already and now I have to pay interest on whatever I borrowed. Having a policy is not worth it really.
