First, I would like to thank Mr Mandla who helped me with my application for a flat. I even paid R13 251 on Monday 16 Feb 2026. I Also thank the Caretaker of Vergesig Flats, Mr Deon. The 2 stars are for these two employees. Today, 20/02/26 I went to sign the contract at the offices at Loftus Park. I was excited that I would me moving in on the 28th/ 02. I won't mention the employee that served me, her name still sends shivers down my spine. 1. The two tenants who signed up must be physically there ...( I tried to explain that the other tenant has a 4 weeks baby who is sick, " Unfortunately, you can't move in till she signs." She retorted. 2. " By the way, why didn't you write that there's a four weeks old who will be staying with you??" I thought she was joking, and smilingly said, " Even this 4 year old is the bigger sibling, will also be with us!" I didn't know i was pouring fuel on fire!! " So, you are not honest people!! One and half bedroom is for 3 people! Not 4!! You want to overcrowd the place??" I was sitting down and she was standing...I felt like a small child caught *****ing candy. " Bring their birth certificates on Monday..." " the baby is sick.." " Unfortunately, rules are rules..." and she stormed out. Jooo...I could have cried!! Another lady came...I just said, please, just give me my refund, I never want to come here again!! She told me to send the Bank Confirmation letter and they will send my cash after 21 working days!! My heart still races now...19:02 yet this happened around 15:00. God help us poor old ladies be treated well by these young people. I just hope they refund all my money. I used to be their customer from way back in 2011 till 2022, they were THE BEST. Hence I wanted to go back, not knowing things have changed tremendously. I experienced Grea
