First, I would like to thank Mr Mandla who helped me with my application for a flat. I even paid R13 251 on Monday 16 Feb 2026. I Also thank the Caretaker of Vergesig Flats, Mr Deon. The 2 stars are for these two employees. Today, 20/02/26 I went to sign the contract at the offices at Loftus Park. I was excited that I would me moving in on the 28th/ 02. I won't mention the employee that served me, her name still sends shivers down my spine. 1. The two tenants who signed up must be physically there ...( I tried to explain that the other tenant has a 4 weeks baby who is sick, " Unfortunately, you can't move in till she signs." She retorted. 2. " By the way, why didn't you write that there's a four weeks old who will be staying with you??" I thought she was joking, and smilingly said, " Even this 4 year old is the bigger sibling, will also be with us!" I didn't know i was pouring fuel on fire!! " So, you are not honest people!! One and half bedroom is for 3 people! Not 4!! You want to overcrowd the place??" I was sitting down and she was standing...I felt like a small child caught *****ing candy. " Bring their birth certificates on Monday..." " the baby is sick.." " Unfortunately, rules are rules..." and she stormed out. Jooo...I could have cried!! Another lady came...I just said, please, just give me my refund, I never want to come here again!! She told me to send the Bank Confirmation letter and they will send my cash after 21 working days!! My heart still races now...19:02 yet this happened around 15:00. God help us poor old ladies be treated well by these young people. I just hope they refund all my money. I used to be their customer from way back in 2011 till 2022, they were THE BEST. Hence I wanted to go back, not knowing things have changed tremendously. I experienced Grea

this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with FTP @Unit 504 Nicolas heights. I have never been ****med like this in my life advert says rent is 5k prepaid electricity & water and 1st month free rent, but 2nd month rent is due upon acceptance occupation date 1 Dec 2025. I did everything was approved (for the 1st of Dec 2025 and to my surprise now my statement came in at R 5 886.00. no special app**** and I am now paying for extra cost that were never spoken of in the advert or my contract. I had to sleep in an apartment with a blocked toilet as a woman and I still didn't have water pressure in the bathroom for me to take a normal bath. I wouldn't even give them a star if it was up to me. I am still waiting for my deposit refund coz I was out of the apartment on the 31st of Jan 2026.

My electricity meter has been blocked for 10days,this has accured due to an administrative error on their side relating to security charges that were not billed to me I have visited their offices and send multiple emails no response I have been a tenant for 4years have never missed or delayed rental payment. And my account is fully up to date iam now being unfairly penelised for a mistake I did not cause

This company does not want to give me back my rent deposite, I keep on sending emails to them and they are not responding to my emails. FPT Pretoria is very bad bussiness. Rent deposit should be ready as soon as they check the property after vacating the building. This is the second review, they never called or tried to contact me on my first review, thank you

This company does not want to give me back my rent deposite, I keep on sending emails to them and they are not responding to my emails. FPT Pretoria is very bad bussiness. Rent deposit should be ready as soon as they check the property after vacating the building. This is the second review, they never called or tried to contact me on my first review, thank you

I was staying in one of the properties that is administers by FPT, I served them with my notice in April. In May they send me the email that my rent is due. I fowarded them the mail that I sent previously. I have been sending the emails enquiring about the process and I never received and response several time. I wrote another email telling them that I will publish this on the media. Then I received a response from Ms. Patric telling me that she does not tolarate the treats. She claimed that she responded to me by telling me that the matter is with finance department. I told her she never responded to me as I never received any response from them. I still asked them when can I expect my rental deposit, they are not answering me.

I have been a loyal tenant of FPT for over a decade. Throughout this period, I have consistently honoured my rental obligations without missing a single payment. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to pay rent for one month. However, I promptly informed FPT of my situation and assured them that I would settle the outstanding amount in full, along with the following month’s rent. Regrettably, instead of showing understanding or empathy, they proceeded to disconnect my electricity. I understand they do not run a charity case but as someone who has been paying well for the past years I expected them to be more understanding.

They don't care about their tenants even those who have been staying in their properties for long. I'm currently stay in one of their properties in Pretoria and have been staying there for more than 3years without missing a payment, have a financial setback and enquired about a payment plan as I missed one month rent and they blatantly refused.
