I wouldn't recommend FPT properties.
They don't care about their tenants even those who have been staying in their properties for long. I'm currently stay in one of their properties in Pretoria and have been staying there for more than 3years without missing a payment, have a financial setback and enquired about a payment plan as I missed one month rent and they blatantly refused.

MTN Bushfire festival ****
They ****med me into buying a refundable ticket for the festival but when I wanted a refund they said they don't give refunds.
