this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with FTP @Unit 504 Nicolas heights. I have never been ****med like this in my life advert says rent is 5k prepaid electricity & water and 1st month free rent, but 2nd month rent is due upon acceptance occupation date 1 Dec 2025. I did everything was approved (for the 1st of Dec 2025 and to my surprise now my statement came in at R 5 886.00. no special app**** and I am now paying for extra cost that were never spoken of in the advert or my contract. I had to sleep in an apartment with a blocked toilet as a woman and I still didn't have water pressure in the bathroom for me to take a normal bath. I wouldn't even give them a star if it was up to me. I am still waiting for my deposit refund coz I was out of the apartment on the 31st of Jan 2026.
The most sh**est guest house I've ever been to. You let your guys breath sewage air... That is very filthy and bad for some of us. Nothing is practical in that guest house. You should close down coz many will definitely die because of the dirt. Refund my money!!! You are pure ****mers
I booked to stay in Cape Town 24 on york guest house (7days) through Booking.com paid R4500.00 for my stay. The room was a mess I couldn't even breath in it immediately called Booking.com to cancel my booking and give me a refund so I can can book another place for the remaining 6 days in Cape Town. I'm still not assisted Booking.com only gave me R144.00 and since I went on vacation on a budget. I was forced to change my flight to come back less than 24h of being in Cape Town. I told they can't assist further than R144.00 if the property doesn't want to pay my money back. I couldn't even stay 20min there... I've emailed them pictures and all but they are not interested at all. Why do you treat us paying clients like that???
Can i honestly start by saying Thank You, Thank You and Thank You to Pule and Theresa #TeamAwesome!!!! If i knew your bosses email address, trust me I'd email them personally to ask for a raise on your behalf!! Never in my life have i ever worked with such fabulous /awesome people who honestly and genuinely loved and enjoy their work!!! Wow!!!! Thank you so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so much for always going out of your way to helping /assisting people like us to find a placement!!! I personally appreciate your efforts and time 🙏 i don't even have enough words to express how grateful I am... This is by far the worst service ever!!! I've been trying to claim from the 30th of March 2021... All i get is an automatic response... Wow!! Wow!!! Wow!!! I called... I was told they are checking on the system and they'll call me back... Till this hour... I'm still waiting... I send follow up emails... I still get auto reply mails... I don't even know how to rate this because honestly you don't deserve even 1 star 🤞🤞🤞 Why should we begg you for assistance???
I can't believe i ordered a meal from KFC Meredale using Uber Eats app on the 2nd of January 2020.... I never received my order and i complained about this to Uber Eats but today i wanted to request a an Uber x to take me to work, now they deducted R138. 20 from my account for the meal i didn't even receive... Now im being told that they won't be able to pay me back as the order was made over 10 days ago.... But they were able to yake money from my account today... I want my cash back today!!!!!!!!!
I am very disappointed with the RCS Loss Of Income Insurance Claim process. Because I claimed and they only approved my claim after they pushed me to pay off the remaining balance of my loan but now they simply can't pay me back the money I still don't know why. I've been waiting for over a month and no one from RCS is saying anything to me. Everytime I call they tell me "it has been submitted to the finance team for payment" since 6 November 2019... How long should one wait for their money??? To think I didn't have money to pay back the loan and I was threatened to be handed over to the authorities if I didn't finish paying... Now I'm being told stories... Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional
