I have been playing the game and receiving wilds that doubles and I was not getting any free games. The free game that I received payed me R2, 25. My spin is over than R2. When it's night time they are not paying at all. It is not the first time that I am encountering this problem of not receiving free spins when my wilds are within the paying lines.
The bus people did not allow me to enter with my luggage, they weighed my bag and it was 11kg. They forced me to pay R50 as other customers bags are weighing more than mine. This company does not want to give me back my rent deposite, I keep on sending emails to them and they are not responding to my emails. FPT Pretoria is very bad bussiness. Rent deposit should be ready as soon as they check the property after vacating the building. This is the second review, they never called or tried to contact me on my first review, thank you
I was staying in one of the properties that is administers by FPT, I served them with my notice in April. In May they send me the email that my rent is due. I fowarded them the mail that I sent previously. I have been sending the emails enquiring about the process and I never received and response several time. I wrote another email telling them that I will publish this on the media. Then I received a response from Ms. Patric telling me that she does not tolarate the treats. She claimed that she responded to me by telling me that the matter is with finance department. I told her she never responded to me as I never received any response from them. I still asked them when can I expect my rental deposit, they are not answering me.

I had an funeral insurance from Capitec Bank since 2020. On 2023 I lost my job and I have been paying the insurance all along when I receive my from my hustle. I was behind with 2 months but I made sure that I was paying. On May I got a job that was supposed to start on June mid-month. I could not pay my funeral policy in May and it lapsed. In June I wanted to pay the months that were falling behind so that I could have the active insurance. I was issued with a new insurance and it is expensive than the previous. I sent emails and I did not get any answer.
I booked a bus ticket from East London to Pretoria for 16 June 2024 for 16h00. The bus arrived after 1 hours and we were mixed with Cape Town people. The bus dropped us at Ultra City in Queenstown around 19h30. The time now is 23h46 the bus has not arrived yet. The weather is extremely cold kids are sleeping on the floor in this weather. We are mixed with people that were taken from Umtata. Delta coaches left us stranded in the cold. We tried to call every number they have and all of the numbers are on voicemail. Can this company be closed, I will be late for my job tomorrow because of this Delta. I am ****ed
I always receive the combination that I'd supposed to give me free spins which I never received. I sent the combinations screen shots to their agent Carlos. He was clueless about what I sent him. He gave me the email address which is not working I sent two emails this morning they didn't go through.
I wrote a negative review on Monday. The matter was resolved very fast by their Store Manager Mr. Derrick Potselo. He made sure that he us going to handle this with high professionalism. Thank you Cashbuild Queenstown lead by Mr.Derrick Potselo for resolving my complaint.
