Simply incredible
Nomsa Ngubeni from MiWay was amazing. She really explained everything to me. She made sure that I was so happy with my cover. Her communication was clear, and she made herself available throughout the call, making the whole thing so much easier. I am so happy I was assisted by Nomsa!

Incredible Service!!!
We had the most incredible night life, music and dining experience (House Warming Sessions)! The food was delicious, and the waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations.

Bad Customer Service!
PM8@INTDEB259184 I did not give permission for IDC to debit my account on behalf of Truworths. Recently, I went to a Truworths store to enquire on my account, to my surprise the payments that IDC has been debiting are not appearing on Truworths my account. Also the eft payments I made to Truworths are not appearing on my Truworths account but are showing on IDC statement which is puzzling.

Absolutely amazing!
Everything about Hussar Grill — Waterfall is great. The staff was very nice. My waiter Peter was awesome. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Poor Customer Service Experience!
Debtco Group is the worst debt counselling company, they went on with debt review application without me giving them a go ahead but now under status description it says 'application for voluntary debt restructuring'. This thing has been there on my credit report for months now and I wasn't even aware of it. It's been two weeks now I sent them an email requesting for help I haven't got any response yet. They are very unprofessional, and they don't give a damn thing about consumers. Debtco Group is now reflecting on my credit report as Debt Restructuring contact person Bernard Alice Dawn their Boss. They can affect debit orders such as vehicle finance installments, an account end up in arrears and my credit score has dropped I'm now a risk to financial institutions and money lenders. They'll call you hundred times to offer you a debt review and subsequently, they're not answering their phones it's vice versa you'll be calling them hundred times to ask for a clearance certificate. I wouldn't recommend Debtco Group even to my worst enemy!
