Good day, On Wednesday the 11th of March 2026 I called in and requested a settlement letter, It was sent to me immediately I then made an instant. Payment to settle the account, I was under the impression that the funds should reflect the same day and that do not happen I was informed that thy will only receive the funds after 48 hours, I then called on the 13th the Friday and I was informed about the the system challenges in regards to allocating the funds and I should call in on Monday th 16th and still the payment has not reflected, I made the immediate payment with hopes that this will be resolved, my concern right now is not the paid up letter I just need someone that can atleast confirm in writing that we are having a system issue to allocate funds however the monies I paid to their business account do reflect they jut need to be allocated, and I was informed that the company procedure does not allow me to communicate directly with th Finance Department which is the department that can confirm that, this is putting my job at risk as I need to submit proof that i made a payment to these guys even if it’s not in a form of a paid up letter I need someone to atleast acknowledge or confirm that the pay reflects on the FNB account you guys are just having challenges on your end woth allocation I need that in writing whilst I’m awaiting the settlement letter please, I didn’t chat to the most professional consultants Ntombi, Lorraine and Goodness however the delay still inconveniences me and like I mentioned above I made an immediate payment as this was requested by my employer to sort it out asap, can someone please assist ID 9401315916081

Very bad they don’t communicate with clients when you enquire they only communicate when it favours them ! And I have made payment and they say they only see one I tried sending proof of statement but they are not answering !!

RUDEST AGENT INCLUDING TEAM LEADER BUMATHENG I HAVE BEEN CALLING 3 TIMES FOR A SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT THEY SAID I DON'T NOT QUALIFY BECAUSE I PREVIOUSLY ASKED. WHICH I EXPLAINED I ASKED TO FIND OUT IF I CAN AT THE TIME I DID NOT HAVE TO SETTLE. THE FIRST AGENT I SPOKE TO ON THE 21ST DECEMBER WAS SO RUDE SHE DROPPED THE PHONE THE SECOND AGENT I SPOKE TO WAS NICE AND SAID THEY ABLE TO ASSIST HOWEVER THEY DON'T HAVE SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS . WHEN I I DID A FOLLOW UP I THE 22ND I WAS REFERED TO BAMUTHANG THAT WAS SO RUDE AND *********** TEAM LEADER POSITION I'A DEFINITELY NOT FOR HER. Mind you when I was on the phone with the one agent I heard another agent saying to a different client "Ma'am you rude, this is your account not mine" and they drop calls while one is speaking TFG - G STAR RAW, SPORTCENE, ETC DON'T DEAL WITH IDC TFG DO NOT DEAL WITH IDC THEY HAVE THE RUDEST AGENTS HENCE WHY PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO PAY WE ARE NOT GETTING ASSISTED. ALL I WANT IS A SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT SO I CAN BE DONE WITH THIS RUDE *********** IDC STAFF

I know that I am in great debt when it comes to my sportscene account and I swear when I get a new job I will get it paid up I did cancel the debit order already in May yet they are still debitting off my account and I'm currently unemployed and pregnant the money in my account is to get through the month that's why I told them I will try to pay a R50 last month I requested a reversal and this month but nothing

I paid my account till May I called in and told them that I will not be able anymore because I'm not working anymore and should be cancelled...they keep debiting off my account hence its not my money please help me this is very irritating
