On Wednesday the 11th of March 2026 I called in and requested a settlement letter, It was sent to me immediately I then made an instant. Payment to settle the account, I was under the impression that the funds should reflect the same day and that do not happen I was informed that thy will only receive the funds after 48 hours, I then called on the 13th the Friday and I was informed about the the system challenges in regards to allocating the funds and I should call in on Monday th 16th and still the payment has not reflected,
I made the immediate payment with hopes that this will be resolved, my concern right now is not the paid up letter I just need someone that can atleast confirm in writing that we are having a system issue to allocate funds however the monies I paid to their business account do reflect they jut need to be allocated, and I was informed that the company procedure does not allow me to communicate directly with th Finance Department which is the department that can confirm that, this is putting my job at risk as I need to submit proof that i made a payment to these guys even if it’s not in a form of a paid up letter I need someone to atleast acknowledge or confirm that the pay reflects on the FNB account you guys are just having challenges on your end woth allocation I need that in writing whilst I’m awaiting the settlement letter please, I didn’t chat to the most professional consultants Ntombi, Lorraine and Goodness however the delay still inconveniences me and like I mentioned above I made an immediate payment as this was requested by my employer to sort it out asap, can someone please assist ID 9401315916081
