Good day, On Wednesday the 11th of March 2026 I called in and requested a settlement letter, It was sent to me immediately I then made an instant. Payment to settle the account, I was under the impression that the funds should reflect the same day and that do not happen I was informed that thy will only receive the funds after 48 hours, I then called on the 13th the Friday and I was informed about the the system challenges in regards to allocating the funds and I should call in on Monday th 16th and still the payment has not reflected, I made the immediate payment with hopes that this will be resolved, my concern right now is not the paid up letter I just need someone that can atleast confirm in writing that we are having a system issue to allocate funds however the monies I paid to their business account do reflect they jut need to be allocated, and I was informed that the company procedure does not allow me to communicate directly with th Finance Department which is the department that can confirm that, this is putting my job at risk as I need to submit proof that i made a payment to these guys even if it’s not in a form of a paid up letter I need someone to atleast acknowledge or confirm that the pay reflects on the FNB account you guys are just having challenges on your end woth allocation I need that in writing whilst I’m awaiting the settlement letter please, I didn’t chat to the most professional consultants Ntombi, Lorraine and Goodness however the delay still inconveniences me and like I mentioned above I made an immediate payment as this was requested by my employer to sort it out asap, can someone please assist ID 9401315916081

I received a call from Telkom sales on July 12th 2024 The lady offered me a ranger of data deals I was interested in one however I told her I will go make the application at the store when I’m ready and I do not want anyone to access my ITC profile until i am ready to make the application. Today I received and enquiry from Transunion referenced Telkom Sigma from the 12th of July. This is unacceptable as I have clearly stated on that call that I do not want anyone to acces my ITC check, I believe all calls are recorded so someone should have access to listen to my call with your agent. Hi all, I wasn’t looking forward to be writing this complaint but it you guys left me with no choice. I am still awaiting a delivery of my office chair, I wanted to cancel it as I needed urgently however I was convinced that the latest it’s gonna get into the store is December 15th 2023 … I was charged for delivery already on the agreement but people are not delivering nor responsive to messages. If this chair cannot be delivered this week I’m happy that you cancel it and I’ll take a different available in the store. Can I just get someone to contact and tell me what is going on please as I’m in the dark and really need this chair. This is House and Home Edenvale. 073 333 6434
I logged a collection for today and it was confirmed, waited for the driver and when he finally called yelling at me because he was at the incorrect address, I remained calm and tried to look for him even on the next block, he was no where to be found, he then told me that he is leaving and I should return the parcel back to the warehouse myself as he d doesn’t have time to waste. I find that extremely rude. I had today drivers today that were given the same address and all was well as didn’t didn’t have issues with delivering the parcels but upon collection this FedEx driver was really having a bad day yelling and screaming at me while I’m outside looking for him for 15-20 min only for him to tell me I’m wasting his time and I should bring the parcel to the warehouse. Can someone on a senior position consult with him and provide feedback as to what disciplinary action will be taken to ensure that he doesn’t do this to any other customer in future. I

Took me a while to get here but they kept on taking me as a joke hence I thought everyone deserves to know about this. I have been a Truworths customer for over 5years, I have never skipped a single payment in my account. On the the 5th of April 2023 I made a payment of 800 at Truworths Elloff Street which was my monthly instalment, on the 9th of April 2023 4 days after I had made a payment some bought clothes using my account for R263001 using my account, I strongly suspect that this had to do with the last person that handled my card in that store when I was making a payment on the 5th, either they cloned my card or replaced it without me being aware. I then went to the store to enquire about this the first time I was made aware, they level of services was very poor from the store employee and the Head office contact center agents. I spoke to Nkosikhona who took me as a joke on Friday the 21st April 2023, they store employees Leota walking around smirking seeing that I’m emotional in their branch as a victim of *****. I was informed that I am over reacting because this happens on daily basis at all Trusworths branches around South African, is done by foreign nationals so I need to relax and go home they will investigate and pay the money back into my account, I found that very disrespectful for someone who had never been de*****ed before and this was my first time experience as I trusted this company and it’s staff. I left the elloff store without getting sufficient support, I decided to come back the following day with my son to come and assist me as he is fami**** with such cases and I needed a statement showing the items that were purchased using my account without my permission so thy I can go open a police report, they store staff refused to issue me with a statement of my own account so that I can see what is really going on. I then arrived with my son at the store on the 22nd April 2023, they initially refused still and we got really upset and even called the head office again pushing to get atleast a statement to we can also go to the police station, only a father 3hours my son final got hold of a lady by the name of Lutho from the contact center that was able to help us get a statement and explained to us their proceedure, she managed to calm down the situation professionally as the store and Nkosikhona from the contact center took all this as a joke since they deal with sick cases every day, customers are not suppose to be emotional when they are de*****ed. I strongly feel that my card details were compromised at the Elloff Street store, the way this matter was handled raised my suspicions even more, they way they were so discouraging me to open a police report and refusing to give me my own account statement made me believe that they are protecting themselves since they know Truworths is gonna pay and then life goes on. I do not feel safe anymore around the staff members. I would really like disciplinary action against all the staff involved in this matter while Truworths and the police are investigating. My son had to travel +300km just to assist me get a statement in his expense. No issues directly with TFG, very happy with their online service hence I had to rate this a 3, my issue here is with RAM. For the past couple of years making online orders using my TFG account, RAM would always deliver my orders with no issues, different drivers great service until this day, Yesterday the 28th I received an Oder, prior to delivery I got a call from the driver rudely telling me to stand outside he will arrive in two minutes! Fine! I did that and received the order, Another order comes through today, he calls and asks me the same thing, bare in mind that I’m expecting different orders from different companies in different locations, I then asked “is this order for Soweto zondi” he answers: where did we deliver yesterday? Because that’s where we delivered*yelling* I’m so disappointed and disgusted by his attitude as if he is doing me a favour by delivering these parcels that’s why he has the audacity to tell me to wait for him outside he is two minutes away. None of the drivers in the past EVER EVER asked to stand outside, I dealt with it yesterday however it escalated even more today when he asked me “where did he deliver yesterday” I need a formal apology from RAM senior management. I do not want to see this driver delivering any of my parcels ever again. If that can not be done please do inform me so I can refrain from making online order with TFG.
