Today I shopped at Milady’s N1 City. The lady at the till rang my garment up and then leave me hanging. Focussing on something else while I’m just standing there waiting to swipe. I asked her can we continue please.. she apologized and the transaction was done…. While tearing of my purchase slip, another colleague came to speak to her.. again I’m standing, waiting for her just to hand over my slip…. I walked out without my slip, I dont even think she know I left. Please contact me so that I can get my proof of payment please. I swiped 13:10 today, Thursday 20 Febr 2025.
Never used UBER and do not even have the app and for the second month I get this message. Absa: CHEQ0218, 01/12/24 FLW*UBER TRIPS Johannes reserved R50.00 for a purchase. How do I sort this out???????
I’m a customer at your store (Panorama, Cape Town) for many years, just for the fact its in my area and quick access. Today was the cherry on the cake for bad service. So many times I see staff hiding in the isles on their phones. You feel bad to bother them for help. I went to the till today at about 14:05 today. The female cashier was talking to a male employee. I start to pack out my trolly and thought the conversation will come to a end. Not one of them even acknowledge me, so I packed my stuff back and left to another till. While packing out at the second till, I took a photo of them, still chatting away. They were in such a deap conversation, I’m sure they didnt even know there was someone there. Very disappointed in my “go to” store.
So now ABSA is giving out personal information to 3rd parties, promising they will NEVER give out any information regarding your account and they copy me in in the email and that AFTER I reported them!!!!!
Submitted my insurance claim 12.06.2023. Thereafter send email to Onbudsman. Still waiting for them to finalize my claim. Its been 2 months!!!!
Incompetent people working at this company. Making empty promises. Today I’m without an income for a month due the lack of expertise of their staff.
<div>Worst after sales customer service EVER!!! BNA PAROW sold a car to me in 2 days. Waited for a month and a half to get my plates and license disk. No spare key as yet. Send them email on email on email to ask when I can bring my car for the minor repair work. Took them more than 2 months to book a appointment. On my arrival, I stood around for about 10 min, with 2 sales man on the floor, that haven't even looked my way, When they eventually noticed me, nobody on the floor knew about my appointment. So car was left there the Thursday at 09.30 and the manager (++++) took my number, apologized and said car will be delivered later that day. At about 5 I phoned to hear where is my car, to be told it will take 1 - 4 working days. Wasn't anybody through the course of the day supposed to phone me and updated me on this or shouldn't ++++, manager, at least updated me the situation with my car, for he was the one who told me they will deliver the same day, so he spoke without knowing it would take longer. At least he could've phoned me and explained..... So... Late Friday after severl mails again, they dropped my car after 5. The driver said he has good and bad news. We did not even got to the good news. On their way to drop my car, the gear lever that was loose, came loose again, luckily it happened with them. SO needles to say, I told them to take the car back, because it is not fixed. Eventually I got my car back, Saturday.....No fix report and a irritating noise that was on the car and I mentioned that to them to be fixed, on the car was still there. So here we go again, Send mails the next week, since then NO REPLY from the manager. I wanted to by another car there for my daughter as well, BUT NO WAY!!!!!! Will never recommend them. Still no spare key and the car is not fixed the way it should.</div>

Took them months to change a password. A freaken password!! Seriously..... shiver just at the thought of having a major problem. Will be cancelling my contract as soon as my contract expires. Luckily more than enough service providers that’s standing q for your business.
