Unprofessional - Take forever

I am busy dealing with First Step Insurance Brokers for a third party claim - an accident involving my car. In November I sent them my claim, proof & quotes (all requested from them). It has taken them 2 months to tell me they DID NOT originally assign my claim to a consultant & that's why its taking so long. The lady I was messaging over Whatsapp from this company just stopped responding to my messages (blue ticked me). I've never dealt with any company that's this unprofessional before. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to deal with them & post this review as 2 days ago I was promised further feedback on my quotes & nothing still. My parents are with Outsurance & they get feedback, approval, etc. WITHIN A DAY. Cannot express my frustration enough.
