Unprofessional - Take forever
I am busy dealing with First Step Insurance Brokers for a third party claim - an accident involving my car. In November I sent them my claim, proof & quotes (all requested from them). It has taken them 2 months to tell me they DID NOT originally assign my claim to a consultant & that's why its taking so long. The lady I was messaging over Whatsapp from this company just stopped responding to my messages (blue ticked me). I've never dealt with any company that's this unprofessional before. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to deal with them & post this review as 2 days ago I was promised further feedback on my quotes & nothing still. My parents are with Outsurance & they get feedback, approval, etc. WITHIN A DAY. Cannot express my frustration enough.

WARNING TO THE PUBLIC !!!!!!!!!!!
DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS! I HAVE PAID THEM ALMOST R700 000, 00 SINCE 2013 AND WHEN THEY NEED TO PAY YOU OUT FOR A CLAIM THEY ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM AND EXCUSE. TO ME THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT

Natasha has really given me a new view towards ins
Natasha has really gone out of her way this time to assist me, she understood when i had complications and never once told me that she wont be able to assist. Her never give up attitude made me realise that there is still insurance companies that actually cares about their clients needs and will go the extra mile to assist their clients.<br> <br> Thank you so much for giving me the best possible cover and restoring my faith in insurance companies, your company is blessed to have an employee like you representing them!!!!!!

I would like to recommend Ben Jansen van Vuuren to anyone looking for short term insurance. He comes to the point and his knowledge of the industry is excellent. He really went that extra mile to find us insurance suitable for retired persons, matching all our needs for a very affordable amount.
