When i originally signed up my policy with Sashen Moodley he promised the best service and raved about how awsome Outsurance's service is, now that i need him he is no where to be found. He signed up my policy stating over a recorded line that he will not charge me a joining fee, the debit order went of my account and it was not the agreed amount, ever since then i have been trying to get a hold of him via telephone but he is never available sent him numerous emails to his direct email adress and just chooses not to reply to them. Why promise a client good service when he cant even respond to a simple email letting me know how far they are with my refund?<br> He promised me when i logged my complain that he will call me within in an hour, its been almost 4 days now since i have raised my concern that i am still waiting for a call from him!!!!!!
It started off actually with a very frustrating holding session when i called into the call centre trying to get a hold of a client care agent, after phoning in 3 times and holding for at least 10Min at a time i came through to David, once he was on the line with me i explained my story to him how frustrated i am cause I'm not getting any joy from them, he assured me that I'm in good hands now and he will take care of my concern as if it was his own, he was quick reliable and sufficient in his feedback to me and got my query sorted out within minutes after talking to him.<br> <br> would just like to say if it was not for David's quick service and timekeeping i wouldn't have been a mi way client anymore thanks to him I'm still on the books<br> <br> thanks for your great service and quick response
Natasha has really gone out of her way this time to assist me, she understood when i had complications and never once told me that she wont be able to assist. Her never give up attitude made me realise that there is still insurance companies that actually cares about their clients needs and will go the extra mile to assist their clients.<br> <br> Thank you so much for giving me the best possible cover and restoring my faith in insurance companies, your company is blessed to have an employee like you representing them!!!!!!
Kea, from the start you helped me with a smile and made me feel that everything would be okay and ensured me that i came through to the right advisor to assist me, thank you for the great service that you have given me in helping to settle my claim in LESS THAN 2 DAYS!!!!
