La Montagne in Ballito Beautiful resort that is being badly mismanaged and poorly maintained. Stayed there for 4 nights recently, the aircon did not work for the entire stay, I reported it 3 times a day, until I was finally brought a fan, that was so noisy I could not even hear the ocean. The toaster did not work , was finally replaced on Sunday after complaining from Saturday. There hallways have water leaking everywhere and buckets placed randomly.
4am on Monday Morning an alarm went off, which woke up numerous units. Called reception and reported it and no one came out. Walked to reception to call the person on duty to the alarm, he came out but had no idea what it was. Probably needs training.
When I got back home I sent first group an email and the response clearly showed the lack of customer care, @firstgroup u are in the hospitality industry, customers should be treated with respect.
