La Montagne in Ballito Beautiful resort that is being badly mismanaged and poorly maintained. Stayed there for 4 nights recently, the aircon did not work for the entire stay, I reported it 3 times a day, until I was finally brought a fan, that was so noisy I could not even hear the ocean. The toaster did not work , was finally replaced on Sunday after complaining from Saturday. There hallways have water leaking everywhere and buckets placed randomly. 4am on Monday Morning an alarm went off, which woke up numerous units. Called reception and reported it and no one came out. Walked to reception to call the person on duty to the alarm, he came out but had no idea what it was. Probably needs training. When I got back home I sent first group an email and the response clearly showed the lack of customer care, @firstgroup u are in the hospitality industry, customers should be treated with respect.
The elderly pensioners that have to wait hours to renue sassa cards, as the staff go on leisurely lunches and then blame the system is offline. @shoprite why partner with sassa if not equipped to handel the situation. Pensioners have sat at Randburg Square from 09am this morning and have still not been attended to, now many are going to be sent home to additional costs for travel and have to come another day.
Over 2 weeks to resolve a smash and grab broken windows. I get the runaround with there service providers who are *********** and are totally clueless in the industry. Outsirance you need competent and experienced service providers, Insurance is supposed to make it convenient and hassle free when there is a problem not give clients the runaround, that's why I pay your absurd premiums. 5 years and no claims on the vehicle, the one claim I did and the experience was totally disgusting. I have already started shopping around, the insurance industry is highly saturated, I'm sure there is way better options out there then outsurance.
Cell C stopped my debit orders, then I paid manually and had to submit a pop as per cell c process. I followed all the instructions only to get terminated 4 months later for non payment..... All pops where sent monthly. Cell c then charged me a termination fee of R4000 for router and modem and installation.... I never requested to be cancelled. I again followed their process for reactivation and a week later still nothing.... All I get I pushed from department to department. It is no wonder why cell c is in performing so poorly and in distress.
******, overcharge and demand a call out fee, get aggressive when they are questioned
Utterly disgusting service from Vodacom. Did an upgrade on the 5th of January was told i would receive my device within 5 working days. Nothing...no communication, no call, no sms. no device. I called the call centre today and got pushed around from this morning till now as it seems it is no ones job to provide client service. the reposne is always the same, call this number as i am unable to transfer you. I finally get told that unfortunately the device that the consultant had selected for me are obsolete and that a new upgrade needs to be conducted. WHY was this not communicated sooner? I am still waiting for the upgrades department to call me. FYI i have been a Vodacom subscriber for 16 years and am considered a premium subscriber....
