FirstRand emails unread & reception does not take messages

I sent an email to investor.relations@firstrand on 07/07/2025 To date I have not received any acknowledgment or any sort The reception at First Rand is not helpful , first of all its very unprofessional, its loud etc. They cannot take messages & request anyone to call back - its the first I have heard of this

I was referred to FirstRand regarding a query but if I cannot get any any response. whats the point
