If I could give a 0 rating this would apply to how Food*****s deals with complaints. 1 month later & no feedback to my initial complaint sent via Hellopeter.. Lack of customer care - ZERO
Extremely disappointed at Food*****s. I have collected stickers and have checked stores for the past 3 weeks. Theres no stock of the pans No contingency plans? Why have the promo if you don't have stock
Hi. I logged a 3rd party claim with Miway . Kubeshnee Naidoo assisted me and the claim was resolved. Thank you for taking care of this for me I really appreciate it It was my first ever claim and painless My only suggestion to the team is to perhaps include some sort out updates in between during the. process Otherwise a very good experience and I am a grateful client
I sent an email to investor.relations@firstrand on 07/07/2025 To date I have not received any acknowledgment or any sort The reception at First Rand is not helpful , first of all its very unprofessional, its loud etc. They cannot take messages & request anyone to call back - its the first I have heard of this I was referred to FirstRand regarding a query but if I cannot get any any response. whats the point
I have been experiencing signal issues from Feb this year. I don't receive incoming calls nor can I make outgoing calls. The signal drops or is almost non-existent. I am tired of Vodacom & their countless issues I note other customers throughout SA are also experiencing similar issues with no resolution.... Please advise whats the issue as this is really ridiculous
Our family has sent proof of payment to Kayla almost 3 months back.. We still don't have wifi set up. How can it take so long amd why does Kayla provide promises that cannot be kept.. Its either that or no reply.. All false advertising and you're sitting with our money Absolutely terrible service.
We booked a laptop repair via a 3rd party a week & a half ago I have a job ref & have been trying to get updates without any success. Getting a hold of the warranty team or a manager is almost impossible. You guys are authorized Lenovo agents! How is it that we can go 10 days & still no concrete feedback on a repair. I note many other customers have indicated the same thing... How are you guys still agents?? You surely have an SLA. We were advised repairs take approx 4 days. Kindly call me as I have received no guy from supposed escalation of queries
I just incepted a new policy and for some reason I received a cancelation notification. Siyabonga (via whatsapp chat) and Tebogo via call were very helpful. Miways whatsapp function is good

I moved over to Budget a year back. I have been claim free & all premiums paid on time. I received an annual review notification with a ridiculous increase to premium. The retentions dept called me back & amount quoted in order to retain my business with Budget is not worth any saving. The consultant mentioned the cost is due to inflation etc etc. I am aware off all of that as I have seen increased costs in daily expenses. My vehicle is decreasing in value each day. I don't see why Budget cannot do the necessay in order to keep me as a client. I had a very good impression of Budget when I implemented policy. Today's call has changed my perception signficantly. You guys dont care to keep existing claim free clients. I will be changing over to someone else - which you consultant didnt seem to mind
