Conveyancer recommended by this agency has not paid my refund (2 years)

★★★★★ for the estate agent — they were professional, responsive, and handled the sale well.

Unfortunately, the conveyancer they recommended has been a serious problem. My municipal refund from the sale has still not been paid out, more than two years later.

I have sent multiple emails and made repeated calls over this period without getting a resolution. As of today, the money is still outstanding.

This has been extremely frustrating and financially stressful. I would strongly suggest that anyone using this agency double-check which conveyancer they are referred to.
