★★★★★ for the estate agent — they were professional, responsive, and handled the sale well. Unfortunately, the conveyancer they recommended has been a serious problem. My municipal refund from the sale has still not been paid out, more than two years later. I have sent multiple emails and made repeated calls over this period without getting a resolution. As of today, the money is still outstanding. This has been extremely frustrating and financially stressful. I would strongly suggest that anyone using this agency double-check which conveyancer they are referred to.
We sold our car through Weelee, Clinton and Michael were superstars and gave us a very good price for the vehicle. The process was quick and smooth and we had the money in our account before they left with the vehicle. I highly recommend Weelee.
I activated my shoe booster on 7 October 2017 and purchased a pair of running shoes from Sportsmans Warehouse.. As of to date, no cash back has reflected in my account. I have achieved all of my monthly fitness goals up to now as well. I have made several enquiries into the issue and received several unacceptable responses. The customer service at Discovery Vitality is very bad. First I was told that I had not paid the activation for Vitality. When I provided proof of payment, I was told my shoe booster benefit was not activated. When I provided proof of my shoe booster being active, they told me that I swiped an inactive Healthy Gear card at Sportsmans Warehouse. When I responded that I did not know the card was inactive, since Discovery Vitality issued me with 3 cards, it was discovered by the consultant that Discovery Vitality in fact issued 8 Healthy Gear cards to me. Then I was told by the consultant that they could not refund me the shoe booster cash back as their system was swapped to a new system. I find all of this completely unacceptable. I followed the steps to get my shoe booster benefit to the letter and I feel that Discovery Vitality is doing absolutely everything in their power not to honour their commitment. I am deeply disillusioned in their benefit program as my wife has had a similar struggle with Discovery Vitality.
I have had to claim twice from Digicall and both times the service was fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you!

My house was struck by lightning exactly 2 months ago. I registered a claim the following day with Standard bank Insurance. I have had to hound Standard Bank Insurance every step of the way to get the damages assessed. <br> Eventually, after registering a complaint on their website, assessors were appointed, but since they have done the assessment, there has been absolutely no progress on my claim.<br> <br> I have grown weary of chasing and will now report to the insurance ombudsman.
My telephone line was taken out by lightning. I reported the fault online on Telkom's website and the fault was repaired within 5 days, by a friendly, competent and professional technician.<br> <br> Thank you for the excellent service
I was in arrears on my credit card and it was handed over. I settled with the attorneys/debt collector a long time ago. Experian reflects the account for the full amount is still in arrears. I phoned the collections department and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Eventually I terminated the call. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. It is shameful that I have to resort to hellopeter to get a response!
