I bought my Suunto watch 16 July 2019, the male sales person was amazing, 2 weeks later the watch did not want to charge so I left it for a week and took it in, no scratches, nothing. The sales guy still complemented me on the watch having no marks, when I handed the watch in, the problems started. I called every week to tasneen who never called back, then they told me the watch came back, then told me when I called to say I am collecting, that it is not my watch, but someone else's watch and they will call me to tell me about the delivery date for collection. Surprise....no call received. Called this morning again and they said the watch came back. Bad bad service. My hisband when to pick up the watch and said they were rude to him. All this after buying an expensive watch. I then get the watch with scratches on the sides around the glass. So I call just for them to tell me there was scathes in the glass when I gave it in but there is no scatches on the actual glass. The scratches around the circle looks like they tried to lift the glass or they let it fall. And all they said was that, that is how I booked it in and I told them, this watch never had a scratch, the sales guy still complemented me on it. I only had it for two weeks. If this is the service delivery that you give on a R12000 watch and then damage it and make like it was me and then give us your amazing rude service upon collection, I am sorry but you will not ever see me or anyone I know, ever purchasing from your store again. I am disgusted in the service received and actually do not want to wear this watch because its has scratches.
