I took my Tag Heuer watch to Fischer's Jewellers in Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth to replace the battery in my watch. At the time of submission, the watch was still functioning, albeit with symptoms of a low battery (the seconds arm moving every 5 seconds instead of every second). Upon collection, I was informed that the issue was not the battery and that the watch was not functioning. I requested that the old battery be reinstalled to preserve the watch's functionality, but this request was denied. Furthermore, I was told that Fischer's could not guarantee the identity of the removed battery. I declined the offer to send the watch for repairs, as I believe the watch's condition worsened during their custody. I had my niece's 21 gold chain necklace custom made at Fischers Greenacres PE a while back. Excellent service. So sorry I forgot the salesman's name. But they are truly the best. Thanks again to the sales team that helped with the design and everthing. Definitely recommend you.

I'm very unsatisfied about the service I got at fishers. I brought a brand new ring in to be made smaller. I asked the consultant Claire can the ring be made smaller she looked at it and said yes. When I got the ring had it on not even 3hours started bending I took it back they said it would do that because of the shank that's thin. So I should walk around with a ring that will bend... The consultant was to tell me what would happen if I made it smaller and if I agreed to having it made smaller now the job is done they not taking no responsibility for their poor workmanship and lack of communication. They told me to take the ring t back to where I bought it that was perfectly fine before I gave the ring in to them it looks so bad and which will break anytime . They won't even fix the shank they say I should pay for it. I'm not happy at all with their service

I bought my Suunto watch 16 July 2019, the male sales person was amazing, 2 weeks later the watch did not want to charge so I left it for a week and took it in, no scratches, nothing. The sales guy still complemented me on the watch having no marks, when I handed the watch in, the problems started. I called every week to tasneen who never called back, then they told me the watch came back, then told me when I called to say I am collecting, that it is not my watch, but someone else's watch and they will call me to tell me about the delivery date for collection. Surprise....no call received. Called this morning again and they said the watch came back. Bad bad service. My hisband when to pick up the watch and said they were rude to him. All this after buying an expensive watch. I then get the watch with scratches on the sides around the glass. So I call just for them to tell me there was scathes in the glass when I gave it in but there is no scatches on the actual glass. The scratches around the circle looks like they tried to lift the glass or they let it fall. And all they said was that, that is how I booked it in and I told them, this watch never had a scratch, the sales guy still complemented me on it. I only had it for two weeks. If this is the service delivery that you give on a R12000 watch and then damage it and make like it was me and then give us your amazing rude service upon collection, I am sorry but you will not ever see me or anyone I know, ever purchasing from your store again. I am disgusted in the service received and actually do not want to wear this watch because its has scratches.

I was so shocked after my uncomfortable experience in the Fishers's situated PE Greenacres Mall. I had a appointment confirmed via email on a Saturday between 10 and 11 am to take my diamond to who I believe is the owner or manager of the business. Earlier that week he made me an offer on the item and I accepted. I confirmed price via email and also the time for appointment. He said he will be in the shop from 10 till 12:30. I drove through all the way from were I live around 180 kilometres. Myself and my husband arrived. I asked shop assistant for Bernardt. She lied and told be he is on leave. I said i had a appointment confirmed. She disappeared and he appeared. I introduced myself like I am used to. He didn’t greet me or my husband. His first word were, were is the ring which I handed over and without saying anything he grabbed it and stormed into a corner were he inspected the item. I would have preferred to be treated with a little more respect. A halo and please have a seat or please walk with me so I can have a look would have worked. While myself and my husband waited now, he started making excuses that he wont be able to make payment immediately because its weekend although I though that we handled that over email and that I expected someone to pay me my money like negotiated before a leave a item with a replacement value of around R 200 000. When my husband told him that this is not the way it worked. How do we know that we will get paid if we left the diamond there. He aggressively told my husband I quote ‘ Then sue me' This made me really uncomfortable as the other clients and salespeople in the store started staring. This person now, also becomes really irritated with myself and my husband when we told him there is no way we leaving the stone without payment. He started screaming, about 3 times that I can recall during the time we had a set appointment that he must go he has a flight to catch. This is now 10:30....our appointment as stated earlier was between 10 and 11. My husband at this stage left the store because of the ridiculous situation. I was meaning to still buy something in the store while we were there, but ended up leaving because I was treated like a idiot, criminal trying to sell stolen goods.
