The order was dispatched on the 26/07/2021 and we were notified that the package would be here on the 29th July, on the 30th when enquiring, then I get notified your package will only be here on the 03 Aug. What pathetic service when you are waiting for important goods. This company promised that delivery would be on the 29th July and now I have to delay my launch because of their pathetic service. Never will I ever use this courier service again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You cannot even call their customer service, customer service because there is no service!!!!!!!!!!!
On the 28th I went to Vodacom 4U in greenacres for a sim swop and picked up a brochure and saw the Xbox one S for R99 for 36 months (deal ends 06 Feb) and took Natasha's details who assisted me so I can e-mail her all the documentation. One hour later, all the documentation sent Read the e-mail and no response, the next day, I sent another e-mail and no response, not even a call. So I decided if this is the customer service I receive, I would rather go to another branch. So I called vodacom 4U walkerdrive (30 Feb 2020) and spoke to Martizelle which apologised for the horrible customer service received at greenacres and notified me I could forward all the documentation to her. She received it and replied minutes after saying it would be sorted asap and she will sort it out with greenacres (Natasha) who I ccd in the e-mail sent to Martizelle. Then the excuses began.....greenacres needs to let Martizelle take over the deal (31 Feb) and eskom cuts which was only two hours and she would call me. The weekend, no call, yesterday nothing so I decided to call her back and she said that she didnt process the deal because there is no stock. So my next question was, can I wait for stock and Martizelle told me only if I take a contract phone and then add R199 for the Xbox. Ok so I cannot wait for stock but you want to sell me a R500 phone plus R199 and then I can wait for stock....nice....love your false advertising and oh so so so so bad customer service. i would not refer anyone to them because Vodacom 4U customer service sucks and their advertising is lies......
I bought my Suunto watch 16 July 2019, the male sales person was amazing, 2 weeks later the watch did not want to charge so I left it for a week and took it in, no scratches, nothing. The sales guy still complemented me on the watch having no marks, when I handed the watch in, the problems started. I called every week to tasneen who never called back, then they told me the watch came back, then told me when I called to say I am collecting, that it is not my watch, but someone else's watch and they will call me to tell me about the delivery date for collection. Surprise....no call received. Called this morning again and they said the watch came back. Bad bad service. My hisband when to pick up the watch and said they were rude to him. All this after buying an expensive watch. I then get the watch with scratches on the sides around the glass. So I call just for them to tell me there was scathes in the glass when I gave it in but there is no scatches on the actual glass. The scratches around the circle looks like they tried to lift the glass or they let it fall. And all they said was that, that is how I booked it in and I told them, this watch never had a scratch, the sales guy still complemented me on it. I only had it for two weeks. If this is the service delivery that you give on a R12000 watch and then damage it and make like it was me and then give us your amazing rude service upon collection, I am sorry but you will not ever see me or anyone I know, ever purchasing from your store again. I am disgusted in the service received and actually do not want to wear this watch because its has scratches.
