I have been trying to get a hold of anybody at that gym. The accountant ignored me after I asked for the owners number. The manager told me to take up with the owner. The owner Ryno is unfortunately unprofessional. I texted him and it got read but no response. I tried to call him get hung up on that was two weeks ago. I wanted to put my account on hold through lockdown. So I'm waiting for gyms to open again and best believe I am going to have some dialogue for the gym when it does. If you value customer support and professionalism this is not the place for you
