I have been trying to get a hold of anybody at that gym. The accountant ignored me after I asked for the owners number. The manager told me to take up with the owner. The owner Ryno is unfortunately unprofessional. I texted him and it got read but no response. I tried to call him get hung up on that was two weeks ago. I wanted to put my account on hold through lockdown. So I'm waiting for gyms to open again and best believe I am going to have some dialogue for the gym when it does. If you value customer support and professionalism this is not the place for you

I’ve cancelled my gym membership in February; clearly stated that I will not be continuing with membership as soon my contract ended 31 March. To my surprise the gym continued to debit my account, no communication whatsoever??? I tried calling the bank to reverse the debit I’m told I need to communicate with gym they can’t on their side. I’ve been calling thier offices and gentlemen by name of Rino who is not responding but cancelling calls and tells me to send a text??? How unprofessional??? I’ll never recommend anyone to this gym.. I’m so frustrated ; thier just robbing people with thier Naedo debit order instruction!!! They know you will not be able to make any reversals!!

The equipment is old and dated, sometimes you find half the equipment is not in working order or safe, wear a safty helmet when gyming there oh and dont atempt to use the treadmill, it might stop whilst you at full sprint. Also when you sign up for two years membership dont be surprised it might end up to be three. They tell you may cancel at anytime with one months cancellation notice period, no strings attached, only to find out that when you cancel there is a 40% additional penalty fee.This place is a joke and I recommended that people not join this gym.

I wouldn't tell anyone to join, they are not honest when I call for an enquiry the person I talked with said he was the owner and the gym it R250 a month and R300 fee for registration,then I went to the gym I got the same information then I joined surprisingly they deducted R300 i let it slide for few months cos the 1st 3 months I didn't pay but month after month they kept deducting the R300 and other months the will deduct it twice I called the owner and explained he said his on the other club not Benoni but gym it R250 I should call the accounts I called I didn't get help this month same thing happened the was a debit order on the 30th of November and again on the 2nd of December my contract should be ending this month I called them asking about the double Debit order the 1st lady took my details and said the accounts will contact me back and hangup the phone and it the same thing that happened the last time they deducted it twice ok cool but I called again and ask how much is the balance cos I'm tired of their service it the last month and I want to settle the account and they have been deducting more than we agreed but because of the 3 months I jumped they told me I'm still owing 1800 and the lady told me I shouldn't shout at her cos it how I talked with her colleague the 1st colleague that she didn't even give me a chance to talk only took my details and said the will call me back but let's forget about the lack of customer service aswell anyway so does that means the R300 they deducted for 10mnths and sometimes twice in one month was for what?fit extreme it scamming people I'm not happy with their service at all if you were thinking to join go find another gym there's lot of gyms in Benoni but their business I'm sorry I'm not recommend it to anyone else.

If you would like to have a terrible experience and lose money, this is the gym for you. When I paid my fee up front I asked to see my contract, After I asked to see it I was told that it had been sent to their attorneys and that a fee of R350 would have to be paid to the gym as a cancellation fee in order to get the contract back from the gym. I of course refused to pay this and so one of the sales reps said that he would pay it in order to get the contract back (Kind of him no?). After about a month o following up on the whereabouts of my contract I gave up on this sales rep and decided to take matters into my own hands. I then contacted the accountants department of the gym and dealt with a lady who spoke to me me like I was a dirty dog, and after I had asked the whereabouts of my contract, she kept to the same story that it was at the attorneys still (weird?), I then asked for the name and contact details of their attorneys and she said that she was not allowed to tell me.???? I eventually found who the attorneys were and I got hold of them and I started the process again. I got hold of a partner who put me into contact with the partners who "represents" the gym. She was extremely helpful and even up to this point has been. To cut a long story short this la firm does in fact represent Fit Extreme and when I asked about my contract she did not understand what I was talking about because they had not received any contracts for the entire 2019 period as of yet. (SO NOW SOMEONE IS LYING!!!) I am at this point now, where the lawyer has sent an email to the gym explaining that they have to send me a copy of the contract, which they still ave not done, and when I call the gym they say that the accounts lady is not in but leave your name and number and we will get her to call you. To add a cherry on the cake the "Owner" of the gym has blocked me on whatsapp and does not pick up or return my calls. To whoever is reading this, if you have the sense to come onto hellopeter, just have the sense to spend a bit more money and go to a reputable Gym, I assure you, you will not regret it, because trust me I have. To end off, they are thieves, fraudsters and completely indecent people who work at this gym and I can only imagine the amount of people that they have scammed before me and how many they will before it comes to and end.

When asked to please cancel your contract due to personal reasons and health issues they demand all kinds of things from you then send you to the attorney's!!! Never ever join this place its run by rude and unprofessional staff

What Disgusting Service, They are a bunch of thieves, They never get back to you, they lie, They will say anything to get a sale and then it is never delivered at all, Their hygiene is revolting, my son had to watch while a man used the steam room as a toilet..... Try to cancel they promise you can cancel at any stage but they hold me to almost the full amount

Worst service experience I have received, My refund has still not been sorted out since April. Spoke to Wilem who advise I can cancel my contract and I also had a trial period with which I could decide all the appropriate dates updated on contract, Sounds legit right, but no. I called in and spoke to Joyce whom is the accounts admin and she cancelled my contract but refuses to process the refund, Spoke to Wilem (who seem to be giving me the run around) manager and owners always in meeting, I apparently will get this call that never comes. All in all no seems to communicate with each other. I even asked for full company details as Joyce advised she cannot assist me further, so I can provide them to the ombudman, details not provided. Very unprofessional. Waste of money and most importantly waste of time.
