Kemston clinic in Benoni they don’t take people seriousl
I’ve never seen so unprofessional people in on place ,they keep people outside the que for more than 3hours while they making unnecessary up and down and talking and eating inside the clinic instead of helping people going there early morning doesn’t make any difference because you will still stay there the whole day I wish they can start monitoring this public clinics that not a way to do this I have compared them with northmead clinic and norkem park their services are extra ordinary they doing their job properly but kemston in Benoni it like they are forced or they are just there just to get paid it horrible

Iam so disgusted with Mr Price I open an account with them around Jan/Feb 2020 March we went to lock down, when I returned to work somebody called asking about the payment the lady even mentioned that she understood that maybe it because of the lockdown that affected it so when am I making a paying I said tomorrow ok cool I made my payment they called again thank you for payment when are u making another I said monthend ok cool, next Month same story thank you for the payment when are u paying this month monthend I even ask y do u guys are calling just to say thanks for the payment and when I'm making my next payment can't u guys wait and see if I pay or not and if I don't pay you can then call me and ask instead of this every month call while I haven't even reach the payment date the lady couldn't answer ok cool last mnth I paid my balance didn't go down I called and the lady told me the account it already on ACS she will transfer me to them the lady I got at ACS she very rude and told me the reason the account is not going down it because when I started making the payments my account was already handed to them. Why they ddnt send me an email or tell me as they always call to say thank you for payment so question is for how long will I keep paying this account because when I pay 800 it only goes down with 400? This thank you calls they do 2 to 3 times a month it cost R25 each call I asked the lady not to call me ever until I miss the payment because I find it ridiculous for them to charge me while it them calling to say thank you and on what date I'm doing my next payment while it not even mnthend she said if procedures let's start here no body send me a letter or wrote email or left a text that my account was handed over to ACS why was it handed right after I've started making payment it ridiculous i will try to just pay it all off at once and close the ****** account because to me what they doing it just scamming people all my accounts I couldn't pay it during lockdown because I wasn't getting any income and not even one of them gave me this ridiculous charges or problems Im so done with Mr Price they just don't know how to treat customers.

Bad business
I wouldn't tell anyone to join, they are not honest when I call for an enquiry the person I talked with said he was the owner and the gym it R250 a month and R300 fee for registration,then I went to the gym I got the same information then I joined surprisingly they deducted R300 i let it slide for few months cos the 1st 3 months I didn't pay but month after month they kept deducting the R300 and other months the will deduct it twice I called the owner and explained he said his on the other club not Benoni but gym it R250 I should call the accounts I called I didn't get help this month same thing happened the was a debit order on the 30th of November and again on the 2nd of December my contract should be ending this month I called them asking about the double Debit order the 1st lady took my details and said the accounts will contact me back and hangup the phone and it the same thing that happened the last time they deducted it twice ok cool but I called again and ask how much is the balance cos I'm tired of their service it the last month and I want to settle the account and they have been deducting more than we agreed but because of the 3 months I jumped they told me I'm still owing 1800 and the lady told me I shouldn't shout at her cos it how I talked with her colleague the 1st colleague that she didn't even give me a chance to talk only took my details and said the will call me back but let's forget about the lack of customer service aswell anyway so does that means the R300 they deducted for 10mnths and sometimes twice in one month was for what?fit extreme it scamming people I'm not happy with their service at all if you were thinking to join go find another gym there's lot of gyms in Benoni but their business I'm sorry I'm not recommend it to anyone else.
