I have been claiming for cellphone insurance for almost a month. their lines are so bad, service is terrible. you phone everyday to check on the progress get different stories everytime. what a terrible customer service, i will never ever recommend anyone to them. i hope is aware of this i bought my phone through them and they recommended this **** company!!
I’ve cancelled my gym membership in February; clearly stated that I will not be continuing with membership as soon my contract ended 31 March. To my surprise the gym continued to debit my account, no communication whatsoever??? I tried calling the bank to reverse the debit I’m told I need to communicate with gym they can’t on their side. I’ve been calling thier offices and gentlemen by name of Rino who is not responding but cancelling calls and tells me to send a text??? How unprofessional??? I’ll never recommend anyone to this gym.. I’m so frustrated ; thier just robbing people with thier Naedo debit order instruction!!! They know you will not be able to make any reversals!!
What **** bad experience I received from the customer service line. I made a payment for 2500 to a catering company 24 hours ago; the people are telling me the transaction is not reflecting on thier side. I called Customer service 17 times; talking to different people; being transferred to a fraud line?? ( for what reason only God knows). How can an FNB to FNB payment take more than 24 hours to clear?? I’ve been with a FNB for so many years I know payments clear immediately or the latest Is 2 hours. Now I’m waiting hoping it will clear hopefully before next wee**** I’m so frustrated don’t even know what to do ; which line should I call anymore.. I made this payment via the App by the way..
