I’ve cancelled my gym membership in February; clearly stated that I will not be continuing with membership as soon my contract ended 31 March. To my surprise the gym continued to debit my account, no communication whatsoever??? I tried calling the bank to reverse the debit I’m told I need to communicate with gym they can’t on their side. I’ve been calling thier offices and gentlemen by name of Rino who is not responding but cancelling calls and tells me to send a text??? How unprofessional??? I’ll never recommend anyone to this gym.. I’m so frustrated ; thier just robbing people with thier Naedo debit order instruction!!! They know you will not be able to make any reversals!!
