Keep away from Five Star Inverters

Bought one of their inverters late last year. Their inverter discharged multiple sets of my batteries despite setting the lockdown above 12v/batt. The response from them is this is normal operation. Becarefull with their inverters, they destroy batteries. I'd keep clear from them. No customer service, not accountablity.
