I have requested a tax certificate for my homeloan, a request which seems nearly impossible to service. FNB systems dont work, customers are left to beg for help which never comes. And the worst is no one calls to assist!!!
Hopeless customer service, logged a request for a new line at a new property but still awaiting my router even though the line and service is active. Im being billed for no access. They keep sending me in circles for assistance despite escalating the matter as a complaint to various representivies who dont take accountability.

This company is a joke. Zero customer service. They deliver to door without informing and confirming someone is available to receive the delivery. Crack heads.
