Aweful back office.
My experience with Fix and Fit back office was not good. Every time I asked something, their knee jerk response was "We didn't quote for that" They didn't listen to my request for a Saturday appointment so that the small section of cracked wall could be knocked down before they arrived, sending an email about how "lucky" I was to have a Thursday appointment about 3 weeks after I completed their form which would start the scheduling process. They hide in their mast head that quotes exclude VAT . No where does it appear in the actual figures and totals or the several pages you have to sign. I REALLY FEEL THIS IS DESIGNED TO MISLEAD and would have gone with someone else had I realized. They couldn't confirm how much wall should be knocked down to accommodate the palisade. The guys doing the installation were ok, It was the back office that was a really negative experience It was a really unpleasant and I wish I had used someone else to do the job

Pleasure to work with
We've had Fix and Fix maintain our electric fence as well as do other security-related errands around the house for about 2 years now. They are such a pleasure to work with. Efficient, communicative, they're not happy until you're happy. Highly recommend for any security-related work.

We've had Fix and Fix maintain our electric fence as well as do other security-related errands around the house for about 2 years now. They are such a pleasure to work with. Efficient, communicative, they're not happy until you're happy. Highly recommend for any security-related work.

Fix and Fit Security
These people a chancers! They came to fix my gate motor (I was told to buy a new battery and power supply) nothing worked, and then they also had to repair my garage door which was working but just making some noise (was told to buy new batteries again and ya ya ya ya they will lubricate it) when Shaun came to install the new batteries then he blew up my pc board and power supply and left with both. I was left to push and pull my roller door which was working before the put their hands to it! The next day I got a quotation for me to replace the damaged pc board which they blew up while I was watching obviously claiming to know how to fix something they have no clue of! I paid their callout fee but never got my pc board or power supply back! Its a SCAM actually! I had to find another fixer to fix both the gate and garage door.

Great service by people with passion for their trade
Fix and Fit installed LEDs so we can see if our outside beams are activated. The guys were very friendly and competent. You could tell they have a passion for what they are doing and want to deliver quality. Would definitely recommend them.

Great service by people with passion for their trade

Poor service and attitude.
Pathetic workmanship, pathetic attitude from top management down, pathetic company! DO NOT USE THEM! They promise the world, do poor installations, have poor backup service and do not bother to honor appointments, return calls or keep promises! Will never use them again, and will never recommend their services to anyone.

Will never use them again, and will never recommend their services to anyone.

No Fix, no security

This is an outdoor system and they should have secured the system against possible outdoor hazards. They did admit that they have experienced this problem before.</p> <p>I referred to the Consumer Protection Act. They completely ignore all references to this law.</p> <p>I have offered to pay them if they will refund me if the Consumer Tribunal rules against them, but they make no comment. Neither do they make any comment on my complaints about very poor work they have done for me in the past and for which I have paid them.</p> <p> </p> <p>My intercom is malfunctioning again, and I do not trust them to fix it under the warranty.</p>

Bad Service Bad Attitude
Called out to fix faulty door contact for security system. Did not repair and left without it being in working order. I have paid this account reluctantly as I don't like to have money outstanding but hope nobody else has to deal with this bad service and attitude.
