Set up a HelloPeter account just to warn you. NO ACCOUNTABILITY
Stay far away. The incompetence is on another level. Lost a lot of money and had to redo my bathroom because they set the new wall hung toilet at 500. Had to remove tiles, chop into wall, remove cistern and lower it and repeat original work with completely new contractor. And Fix Forward wanted nothing to do with it.

Our terms and conditions clearly state that we are not able to take on any responsibility or liability for the work your chosen contractor does on-site as we are solely a referral platform. We did have many discussions with you on the phone regarding this matter and made every effort to engage the contractor to rectify the problem.
Unfortunately, your experience with Fix Forward was not successful and we are very sorry for that. This particular contractor has since been removed from our platform. We rely on customer feedback to ensure all the contractors on our platform are top-notch in expertise and professionalism.
While we do all that we can to ensure we recruit only the best contractors and also refer up to three contractors to quote per job, sometimes bad projects do happen and we are very sorry that you received poor quality work from your chosen contractor.
