Horrible service, I traded in my vehicle in June and they have not settled my previous vehicle and it's July now. They keep sending me from pillar to post. The car that I bought from them also has problems I had to sen it to ford.I think I might have to take legal action because this is unacceptable I won't be paying two car installments for cars that I'm not using.

I bought a car from this dealer. The lady and the manager that helped me are Busisiwe Nduneni and Willie is the manager. She sent me videos and pictures of the car but only the areas where you can't see faults. They advertised the car as being in immaculate condition. After I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed cosmetic and interior faults which they did not show in the pictures. There was a strong smell of fumes, all the brake discs and all the wheel nuts were rusted. There was water leaking into the boot area. 3 weeks later the coolant warning came on, I topped up the coolant and therefter every week it came on. After 3 weeks of having the car, the coolant light came on every day and I had to top up coolant every day until I took it for inspection and I was told that the head gasket was blown and it would cost over R40k to repair. After receiving the car and trying to contact them, they have been ignoring my many messages, phones calls, videos and pictures of the problems with the car. I reported it to MIOSA and after 2 months they told me that they are closing the case due to no response from the dealer. The car has been standing now for 2 months. These are the worst people I have ever dealt with and I would not advise anyone to buy any car from them because they are liars and dishonest people. They are very nice in the beginning, but once they have your money they don't care about you after that. I would not advise anyone to do business with these people and F&J Car Sales.

Totally untrustworthy sales agent located in Vereeniging. Advertised a vehicle on the Autotrader that does not exist. After I contacted them I wanted to purchase. The lady doing the finance application applied for the wrong vehicle that costed 200 000 more than the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After I corrected her she changed it. Once my finance was arranged I asked for more photos of the vehicle. In 2 days time they couldn't provide it. The owner of the dealership contacted me and then provided me with photos of a total different vehicle. Afterwards Wesbank also told me that the information on the application they sent in was not the same as that which I supplied. They obviously advertised a car that was non existing. When I threatened the owner to write a Hello Peter review, his response was - LMAO! (laugh my ass out). Stay away from this dealership in Vereeniging. I will be reporting them to Autotrader also.

Please do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I had problems with a vehicle bought from them, it would go in for repairs for weeks at a time, come back and still have the same problems. Empty promises that they will get spare keys and service books from previous owner. Do not fall for the salesman offering kickback for referrals as they have long stories and never make payment on sales made. Other clients I referred got told by the salesman how abusive they were using my vehicle while it was in for "repair". I have now been left without a running vehicle for nearly 3 months after the engine failed within having the vehicle for 6 months. Case currently with motor industry ombudsman as dealership didn't sort out the problem.
