Horrible service, I traded in my vehicle in June and they have not settled my previous vehicle and it's July now. They keep sending me from pillar to post. The car that I bought from them also has problems I had to sen it to ford.I think I might have to take legal action because this is unacceptable I won't be paying two car installments for cars that I'm not using.

they posted a picture of a truck on market place for R50k its was old model 2002. with full service history. I thought it was too good to be true. they sent me an invoice becos it was going on auction same day, i was forced to pay 30% deposit. when i decided to send someone to look the truck they decided to cancel my agrrement. the invoice was **** , the website showed high end vehicles. i was concerned why would an elite dealership sell a 50k truck and demand deposit , should they not wait for my guy who was 10mins away. ****!!

I bought a car from this dealer. The lady and the manager that helped me are Busisiwe Nduneni and Willie is the manager. She sent me videos and pictures of the car but only the areas where you can't see faults. They advertised the car as being in immaculate condition. After I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed cosmetic and interior faults which they did not show in the pictures. There was a strong smell of fumes, all the brake discs and all the wheel nuts were rusted. There was water leaking into the boot area. 3 weeks later the coolant warning came on, I topped up the coolant and therefter every week it came on. After 3 weeks of having the car, the coolant light came on every day and I had to top up coolant every day until I took it for inspection and I was told that the head gasket was blown and it would cost over R40k to repair. After receiving the car and trying to contact them, they have been ignoring my many messages, phones calls, videos and pictures of the problems with the car. I reported it to MIOSA and after 2 months they told me that they are closing the case due to no response from the dealer. The car has been standing now for 2 months. These are the worst people I have ever dealt with and I would not advise anyone to buy any car from them because they are liars and dishonest people. They are very nice in the beginning, but once they have your money they don't care about you after that. I would not advise anyone to do business with these people and F&J Car Sales.

I bought a Renault Triber 2021 from this dealer which was financed by Absa , after a day I saw faults went back to the dealer. The car was said to be Demo but I discovered it was a preowned car, I contacted Absa that I want to cancel the contract, they investigated my case then ABSA replied by saying the matter is closed because the dealer said I'm " happy" , I went back the the manager Mohsin said they bought a car like that from Renault but the owner said he resprayed it by himself. The owner was so arrogant and said " no my darling I'm not gonna help you" and gave me his back. Absa lady Marketing Official told me the contract is binding me. Even though I was sold a car at fault. The car was even higher than the 2022 , on the contract made by ABSA they charge the car Radio - R13000, Air conditioner- R10000, service & delivery- R5950. The car is stapled inside. I refused to take the car back the dealer said I must take the car back as he was instructed by ABSA , and he told me he will sue me. I reported the matter to Miosa and they sent me the letter that they sent to the dealer and will get the answers in 10days . I haven't heard from them I send emails but no response. I'm paying my monthly installments to Absa while I dont have a car, and Absa is not saying anything to me regarding the matter.

I bought a Porsche Cayenne GTS from a sales person Irfaan Hassim, The car had a Dekra sticker on the front windscreen, so i thought it was all above board. I took the car to a Porsche accredited workshop where they told me that the car i bought was not the year that it was built. The front suspension had to be repaired with new parts. The electric windows clips were broken . The water pump had to be replaced. This car needed a major service. This cost me over R60 000 to repair. I called F & J and asked Irfaan if they could help me. Maybe take back the car and only pay me back the money that i had paid them. That means that i would be out of pocket by R60 000. They would have a decent car that they could sell. The Owner Arshad blocked me on Whatsapp. So has Irfaan. The service that i received after spending over R600 000 was disgusting. I Now have to go to the Ombudsman for care sales.

Totally untrustworthy sales agent located in Vereeniging. Advertised a vehicle on the Autotrader that does not exist. After I contacted them I wanted to purchase. The lady doing the finance application applied for the wrong vehicle that costed 200 000 more than the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After I corrected her she changed it. Once my finance was arranged I asked for more photos of the vehicle. In 2 days time they couldn't provide it. The owner of the dealership contacted me and then provided me with photos of a total different vehicle. Afterwards Wesbank also told me that the information on the application they sent in was not the same as that which I supplied. They obviously advertised a car that was non existing. When I threatened the owner to write a Hello Peter review, his response was - LMAO! (laugh my ass out). Stay away from this dealership in Vereeniging. I will be reporting them to Autotrader also.

This is a fraudulent business with pathetic service. I was approached by a woman named Pamela who asked me to advertise a vehicle for them and in return she would pay me once the car was sold. This never happened and now they have blocked me on WhatsApp and every time I call she is not available. I was told they are based in Bloemfontein at 2 Abrahamskraal Rd. I would not recommend doing business with them and I probably wouldn’t buy from them either. Be careful of these scammers
