My car has been there for a week and they keep on saying they are working on the car and they haven't even diagnosed the car. They are not honest

Trade in
Horrible service, I traded in my vehicle in June and they have not settled my previous vehicle and it's July now. They keep sending me from pillar to post. The car that I bought from them also has problems I had to sen it to ford.I think I might have to take legal action because this is unacceptable I won't be paying two car installments for cars that I'm not using.
