We ordered from flame for a delivery at 20:40 on Tuesday evening. We took a combo special where you order a regular chips with your food and get a 330ml cooldrink with. we waited outside the gate from 21:05 and they phoned us back at 21:15 saying that the driver couldn't find our place. He went back to flame to get directions. Finally the driver showed up at 21:25. We took our cold food inside after tipping vince ( the delivery guy). When we opened up our bag the buddy coke was missing. We phoned Casper ( the manager) and he said it was now after closing time and can they bring us the coke the next day...after a lot of conversing over the phone I asked to speak with the owner. He didn't want to give me the owner's name. after 2 minutes of getting nowhere on the phone Casper told us that the driver will deliver the coke now. This might seem like a small issue, but good customer service is important in any business. we pay for a full service and we don't want to receive half the service today and half the service tomorrow...
