Poor Service

I Deposited money into their FNB Account made an error on the reference number on the 26th of August called their call center to try and allocate the funds I have also logged a complaint through capitec bank since it was a bank to bank transfer

My reference number on flash machine is 0749725953 and bank notification number is 877120
