On the 26th of Feb I received a text msg that my acc will be closed in 31 days I have to email proof of res and income,and boom little did i know they have already paused the account,I updated all this less than 6months ago How often does one have to fica??? Why notify me when account is already closed?? Been to the branch the consultant was also helpless all her answers were I dont know.
I Deposited money into their FNB Account made an error on the reference number on the 26th of August called their call center to try and allocate the funds I have also logged a complaint through capitec bank since it was a bank to bank transfer My reference number on flash machine is 0749725953 and bank notification number is 877120

My life is on hold Capitec forensic team is a pain their systems fail us as clients.

Ordered goods on the 16th of February until to date I have not received my order I have been in contact with them through email to no avail, I am quite sure they are a **** after going through all the reviews and they must be stopped from all this nonsense... They are all over social media ****ming innocent people.
Clicks Boulders has the worst customer service when it comes to the vaccine.... Made an appointment online for 15:30pm got there an hour earlier only to find them on lunch apperently the lady walks by at 15:33pm and says she has only 8 vaccines after sitting for over an hour waiting for service no one attended us or told us they are on lunch... I am super disappointed.
We have recently been moved to my Voltage from Protea metering.....worst service provider lm residing at Waterford estate in Midrand my water usage was was 28.8kl for two weeks we only 3 working adults in the house 29 March water bill was R65.9 then the 30th woke up to a bill of R700 l have been calling them and they keep saying they Will investigate and rectify as we speak today my bill is R1000 l was promised an answer by 1pm but still nothing I think these metres are not working they just estimate their charges
