ORDER:33169 Placed order for 2kg Sweet Chillie Bacon Biltong on their online shop for delivery. Was not delivered and no refund. They owe me R 599.98, not answering phones or whatts apps.

I purchase a lot from your online store. The Brakfontein Deli. A week go I received my latest order, and one item was wrong. I send an email to ask for it to be rectified. After about 5 days and numerous emails someone actually responded and said the correct item will be processed and delivered the next day. Up to today I have not heard anything regarding the replacement item. I send numerous emails again which are just being ignored. This is the most terrible service I received from fleishrei ever

i think you have become complacent and arrogant in the flow of customers through the door. Quality - you have taken your eye off the ball. burger patties, i am amazed how well you got to mince gristle and sinew. i was surprised not to see any ground bone pieces - still working on that? R2600 and 3 packets and the only stuff not bad are the ice lollies. your meat quality is really BAD... BUT you will be pleased to know i wont bother you any longer :)

I am a regular monthly customer at Fleisherei Deli Wonderboom Junction, I never had a problem with staff before today! The woman who was on duty today was very rude, unpleasant to be around and very unhelpful. The moment I entered the store and greeted her she was rude and didn't greet me back, I started packing meat in my trolley and asked her a question about pricing and she completely ignored me! I had to repeat myself multiple times to get a short rude answer from her! While I was browsing the meat she was packing at the same time and at this point she rudely asked me if I would mind moving my trolley over there! I rep**** of course and did so without being rude back to her in any way. After a while in the store I saw her being rude to alot of other customers as well and they also didn't treat her the same way as she treated them, later on another customer saw how rude she was and completely just left the store without buying anything. I finally had enough and just decided to pay and leave with what I had in my trolley because it was very unpleasant in the store with her, as I was packing my meat on the counter she was rude to me again and didn't answer me when I talked to her and when she did have to talk to me she responded in the most unpleasant manner! I remember there was always a very friendly woman working there but I didn't see her there today so I asked the rude woman where she was and she started to attack me in the most disrespectful way possible by telling me if I'm asking where the friendly woman is then I'm insinuating that she's unfriendly! She then asked me some stupid questions like is a brother and sister always friendly to each other etc. She lastly stated that she knows I'm a regular customer and she remembers the woman who sometimes comes in store with me and then started to insult my disabled wife by saying my wife is never friendly and very rude also. I work with customers alot and I'm absolutely always friendly and helpful to my customers no matter if I'm hurt, feeling unwell, sick or just plain tired. What happened in Fleisherei Deli today is unacceptable to say the least!

I made use of their online order service. I had to phone them the day after I paid and send through proof to have them check for my payment. Then when the order was delivered three items was not delivered and the frozen chicken nuggets and patties was not frozen anymore. After I phone to complained they just said o... sorry, we will deliver the items tomorrow. But what about the frozen items that was not frozen. This is the second month we ordered and everytime something was not delivered. I think they hope people just do not check.

I contacted Fleisherei early Friday morning to request same-day delivery, which should have been possible since I fall within their same-day delivery zone. I was assured my order would arrive that day — yet nothing was delivered. Then on Saturday, I received a message claiming the driver couldn’t reach me, which is simply untrue. I was home, ready and waiting. I even tracked the driver via the link provided and saw him sitting at the estate gate, making no attempt to contact me or the alternative number I had provided. Instead of doing the bare minimum — like calling — he just turned around and left. There’s no way to contact the driver directly, and getting through to someone who can actually assist is a frustrating and fruitless experience. We had planned to use the meat for the weekend, and this lack of professionalism and communication completely ruined those plans. I regret not sticking with Baobab Meats — their service and communication have always been excellent. This experience was unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Fleisherei again.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME TO GO TO THE BRANCH OF FEATHERBROOK VILLAGE IN ROODEPOORT They dont have stock of anything that you want to buy, rumptail, riblets, ext AND DONT EVEN try to call head office to ask when they wil have stock, the guy working with complaints does not care at all bout a coustemer coz we spend to littel money a week with them, i have send more then 5 mails, called how many times, treid calling the branch, nothing, they ignore you like s...t coz you a small cliente,, well done to this place for losing clients, not becouse they have bad products, but coz they treat you like noting and does not care a bit bout a client
