I purchase a lot from your online store. The Brakfontein Deli. A week go I received my latest order, and one item was wrong. I send an email to ask for it to be rectified. After about 5 days and numerous emails someone actually responded and said the correct item will be processed and delivered the next day. Up to today I have not heard anything regarding the replacement item. I send numerous emails again which are just being ignored. This is the most terrible service I received from fleishrei ever
We had a mutual agreement. I sign a one-year contract AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE. Which I did. Half way through the term, you used the Openserve increase, to increase my account with, not only their amount, but DOUBLE that amount. So I pay the full price now. The discount is suddenly not applicable anymore. No mutual agreement anymore. But I am still bound to the contract. And when I kept complaining you just decided to ignore my emails. Well played Level-7, well played. This was the lowest of low.
You tell people on your site "Transit time: Estimated 1-4 business days." when it comes to delivery to the locker you just send a message: "The bakkie is full. will deliver next week", which will then be a week and a half. Then I complain and you just ignore that. The hell with the client. you can wait
Dont order from them. O ordered 2 items. Nearly 2 months and its still not delivered. They asked me for information to follow up on my order. since then I have not heard from them again. I keep sending emails which they ignore
How can you have a customer order a product online and pay for it. a week later when it is supposed to be delivered, I enquire about it. Now suddenly I am told the order was send to dispatch but there is no stock. it showed stock when I ordered. I was also told the order cannot be send to another store, so now it will be a refund. I didnt order from a specific store, I ordered online. For the past 5 days the status showed available and "Your order is ready, our delivery partner will come to pick it up soon". What happened to the service Leroy Merlin used to have. This is so bad.
How is it possible that in 8 months yo cannot manage to cancel a Retirement Annuity and to either transfer the money to my Living annuity or deduct tax and pay out the rest. even if its under R10 000. you are supposed to be a financial institution advising client. I used to be in IT and even I can figure out the logic as to how this should be done. even after documents was submitted by my financial planner, there is still issues. I had enough. next step is ombudsman
Stay away from them. I lost nearly R800. at one stage they responded to emails stating the products are very slow coming from UK. now they just ignoring my emails. I bought from them before with no issues. but this is the last time
Online purchase is useless. I ordered 2 items. one was delivered next day. the other item status was packed, for more than a week. Packed means ready to deliver. I send them email to complain, I was told they still within the 10 days. I requested for the order to be cancelled. My emails just gets ignored. I emailed twice. The status for the past two weeks shows collected by courier. 4 weeks now, and I havent received the product nor the refund I requested. I tweeted them. they said they will follow up. still no response
It was the worst experience ever. We purchased a hospital bed. on the picture it shows it has cot sides. nowhere it said its optional. when it arrived there was no sides. phoned them and they said sorry its not included. I had to pay a large amount extra for them. but had no choice. make sure when you purchase from them what is included. might be half of what you think you purchased. I asked how long before delivery. they told me the Monday. on Monday I asked if it will be delivered and I was told no sorry. only Wednesday. Not even one communication about that.
