ORDER:33169 Placed order for 2kg Sweet Chillie Bacon Biltong on their online shop for delivery. Was not delivered and no refund. They owe me R 599.98, not answering phones or whatts apps.
Order: 473649 Placed order on 30/06 and requested guaranteed weekend delivery at home, as a takealot more member, now order will only be delivered on Monday. We work on a Monday with no one home and I am not allowed to change address. Seriously pathetic.
Very bad ONLINE / DELIVERY service 2nd order that was not delivered on arranged date, items on order missing and not delivered. Extremely bad and slow feedback on queries and complaints. Will not buy from them again.

Pathetic service - do not sort out complains, do not reply on any mails, whatts apps, smsse or telephone calls. Wallace suppose to be our complex manager - useless.
Bought a chest freezer on special, now 3 weeks later and the freezer is still not delivered. Called, e-mailed SEVERAL times and all I get is promises that they will phone back. Never ever again will I buy anything from them.
Dishonest - in January I installed a new battery with a 12 month guarantee. About 2 weeks ago I start to struggle to start the car. Had the new battery and alternator tested. Not the problem, but something was draining the battery. So I called womenmechanics to assist. I explained the problem and that the battery is currently flat. He came to collect car.....without a charger or jumper cables....car was with them for 3 days ans still they could not tell me what is wrong. Eventually when I requested that they return the car I was told the battery was wrong make for my car. ........ so got the car back, take it to battery shop again to double check only to find there is now a old dirty different battery in my car!! Reported it immediatly to womenmechanics andgot a we will resove it back. Still waiting. Please do not use them.
Good day, I have received my mails from Impaq in how to install on computer with windows 10. I followed all the steps but still cannot access MiEBooks because I keep on getting the same error. I have tried phoning several times with no answer. I have send mails and still no one comes back to me to assist. I have a son in Grade 12 and I need to urgently access the facilitator guides in order to make sure my son stay on track. I get up to a screen asking me to choose between school/institution and personal. I obviously choose school. As soon as I type in Impaq I get an error message in red that say the server cannot be found. Please can a real person actually working at Impaq contact me urgently. Regards
