Extremely Disappointing Online Service!!

I contacted Fleisherei early Friday morning to request same-day delivery, which should have been possible since I fall within their same-day delivery zone. I was assured my order would arrive that day — yet nothing was delivered.

Then on Saturday, I received a message claiming the driver couldn’t reach me, which is simply untrue. I was home, ready and waiting. I even tracked the driver via the link provided and saw him sitting at the estate gate, making no attempt to contact me or the alternative number I had provided. Instead of doing the bare minimum — like calling — he just turned around and left.

There’s no way to contact the driver directly, and getting through to someone who can actually assist is a frustrating and fruitless experience.

We had planned to use the meat for the weekend, and this lack of professionalism and communication completely ruined those plans.

I regret not sticking with Baobab Meats — their service and communication have always been excellent.

This experience was unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Fleisherei again.
