I have had the worst experience with this institution as a whole. I made a booking online for a bridal shower of 7 people by purchasing vouchers unknowing that these can not be used during peak season.
I had to make a separate payment for these treatments and was promised to be refunded the vouchers as these were mistakes. I have been on a back and forth with the with Simone(from Musgrave branch) who has given me a real run around to a point of asking me to contact Paypal and ask them for a refund.
Paypal got back to me saying the spa must assist with loading these on my wallet on my account so that they can assist, only for her to then turn around and confirm the spa will be doing the refund instead.
She further told me we have to wait for approval from finance department the whole of January till I contacted head office to ask them to step in and assist in the matter.
I was assisted by Nadia who also gave me empty promises. we are now in February and I have still not been assisted with a matter that has been going on from the 27th of December.
To say I am an unhappy customer is an understatement.
