Discovery de*****ing me

I requested a quote for flexicare and was mislead with lies in taking the insurance, thy promised things that were not there and the agent was supposed to call me the following day and they never did, I got a debicheck request I never accepted but it somehow landed on my bank..I requested for the policy to be canceled because our agreement was that it starts April not March.. as I write my account was debited and I kindly ask that I gets refunded as I had canceled the health insurance in writing.
