I requested a quote for flexicare and was mislead with lies in taking the insurance, thy promised things that were not there and the agent was supposed to call me the following day and they never did, I got a debicheck request I never accepted but it somehow landed on my bank..I requested for the policy to be canceled because our agreement was that it starts April not March.. as I write my account was debited and I kindly ask that I gets refunded as I had canceled the health insurance in writing. I have been approved for a loan Saturday 28th Feb and their app shows im paid but I never received any money from this company,iv sent multiple tickets but there is 0% assistance, I now have a debit order mandate that I have to pay but iv never received any money and i now have to report to the ombudsman ayy Fasta loans il never touch u again u dissapointed me in need..and left me with problems.Im so disgusted!!! 48 hours is way over its 4 days tomorrow 4 days
I rate this the worst Pedro's ever!!! Jabulani Mall Pedros, i ordered the R155 full chicken special and i received a boiled chicken swiming in sauce thats mixed with water coming of the chicken.. My family and i were so dissapointed we had to cook because seeing a boiled chicken skin is a turn off. I have pictures that cant load on their complaints page, i also have the receipt..Guys how do you feel when u rob a customer and give them a bad product..Pedros is a franchise and theres a quality standards need to be maintained..I come from Eastern cape and we have the best Pedros staff that deliver exceptional service.bei come from Bizana Eastern Cape they make the best...Well at Jabulani mall the brief was well done mild with sauce. I was ordering my lunch at work Streetwise 2 the money was debited R69.90 off my account after I get a subscription notice of Uber one guys I do not want that,I want my money back and u can delete me from your app I don't mind. Plz refund me I still haven't eaten because I got de*****ed by Uber eats The help option on your app is bad with ppl that never assist.. Paid for food but no deliver🤮🤮🤮
I got a voucher from intercape as compensation from their disastrous service,I paid R900 for their mainliner from Pirt shepstone to Midrand the whole bus was smelling sewerage and the drivers said the toilet was not usable..but as first occupants we felt disrespected as they had the whole day to change the bus or clean it but I guess they took us as fools of clients to not complain. 3 weeks later I'm trying to redeem the voucher and the attitude I got on the call,I was told to redeem via email and I did that but I never gotten the response and I was supposed to leave today. Very poor service and the benefits you advertise on your buses is misleading.The compensation voucher is redeemable how? Why am not getting rep**** to. Your voucher:C206442
Yesterday the 11th February 2025 I did a withdrawal of R500 at the ATM outside the Branch inside the mall.I didn't receive any money at the ATM until I left puzzled searching myself thinking I was dreaming but no I wasn't..I went in the branch begged them to borrow the phone to call ***** department and was given a ref no but my frustration was that it was after 5 and I was left stranded intown.The next day I had to work but my stress is my money, Capitec has not called me at all.I need the money and im stuck with a reference and zero customer service. I was promised that I'd get a call after they've see the CCTV footage another day ends with no contact.
Iv had unsuccessful debit orders to my life insurance with Discovery due to my financial instability at that time.I then requested a call back for a quote and I did a quote online..My quote was later declined because they said I have a medical condition,I told the consultant that I don't have a medical condition and they wanted me to pay R700 to a Dr for tests..I told the consultant that as soon as the payment from my employer hits my acc I will go and he said I should let him know which I did. U haven't received any reply from that consultant,never even gotten an auto reply if he was on leave.Iv always favoured Discovery but I think they discriminated me because I.had a bad year financially could commit to their premiums and thy had to block me out..them saying I have a medical condition without proof is affecting me.
I have been with Standard Bank since 2017, My business has not been operational and I went into branch in Fourways I asked for the lowest charge and they gave me. My Business card expired July and I can't do anything iv called with no assistance I visited the branch and our town has no business consultant.My business package was changed without my knowledge fron paying zero fees I know pay R700 and I'm angry because my business is crawling to stability. I need someone to call.me and change this ASAP before new month charges get added because that will upset me even more.even the money that I was charges must be returned back I have a list of references that were never honored by STD bank..so Plz attend to me
I funded my acc on their website and my account was never credited, i followed up and they requested my bank statement which i did. This is a new month of may, i still cant trade because my acc is not credited. I even escalated on theis Instagram page no answer, the owner of the company no answer.
