False advertising

Flexicare cover promises refunds for specialist visits up to a certain amount, yet when you submit a claim the "system" declines it.

It has been close to 2 months now of stories and resubmissions. We are tired and need our refund! Also if you don't call and follow up no one bothers to give an update.
