Flexicare cover promises refunds for specialist visits up to a certain amount, yet when you submit a claim the "system" declines it. It has been close to 2 months now of stories and resubmissions. We are tired and need our refund! Also if you don't call and follow up no one bothers to give an update.
Flexicare us not a product that I would suggest to anyone. We have been going back and fourth for our claim refund for a month now. Different story everytime. You correct documents and send back, they don't update and you only get notified about issues upon following up. What's the use of this product if you end up paying out of pocket anyway?? We have submitted our documents accordingly, please just refund our money!!! That's why it's important to read reviews before proceeding with a company, the reviews here are horrible! I emailed to cancel my policy in Feb already even on call I mentioned that I do not want the policy anymore. Stop trying to debit my account, you are causing me unnecessary bank charges!!!!!

After a sit down and proper analysis the error was fixed .My sincere apologies to Shannon for the misunderstanding you really did play your part and the rest was left for other departments to do. We have been running back and forth on my mothers estate since May last year at Signet mall dealing with Mr Yantjies and we are still not getting assistance. Losing a loved one is enough weight to carry, can we get assistance please! In our last visit he promised to get back to us and I insisted he writes it down,didnt and the call never happened.Yesterday we go back and in his absence we were told only he can assist as the system does not guide them much. Can someone else take over now please.
I canceled my funeral policy in April and was told that I'd be refunded my premium however I received a deduction again in May. Till today no refund or any communication. Please refund me!

I have been getting debited for a Showmax account which I am not using. I sent an email with no response on 15th August. Today they canceled my subscription during the live chat with Nokukhanya however they refuse to refund my money because I do not have a ticket for the email. I sent a screenshot as proof that the email was indeed delivered!
I've been trying for weeks now to get hold of Monica. No response on email, call or whatsapp. Communication is very bad, my husband and I applied on 2 different occasions. The only call you get from them is a call asking for the code which was sms'd to you. They promise a response of 72 hours. But I've been waiting for over a month now for ANY communication.
