I am deeply disappointed in Discovery Flexicare. After numerous emails to cancel my emergency cover, nobody gets back to me. I was expecting my premium to get deducted the end of February as per the one month notice period. No debit order was deducted. I emailed more than once to find out what was happening. NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME. Today I finally get hold of a call centre agent (Jade) on the phone after waiting for long to speak to someone. Only to get told that double will be deducted the end of March. This is totally unprofessional as nobody had the decency to get back to me to tell me what the hell was going on. I do not have the money to afford a double deduction at the end of March as I budget for my debit orders. I will be cancelling the whole policy.
