I was so disappointed with the service I received at Filber Newcastle. I complained about my WiFi loosing signal and not connecting for weeks and nothing was attended too.i had to go their offices and complain and only then they paid attention to problem. And then they tell me I May have to pay for their call out fee. For Signal problem that’s coming from their side. I found them very unprofessional and it’s not nice paying for service and not getting what you paid for.
