I was so disappointed with the service I received at Filber Newcastle. I complained about my WiFi loosing signal and not connecting for weeks and nothing was attended too.i had to go their offices and complain and only then they paid attention to problem. And then they tell me I May have to pay for their call out fee. For Signal problem that’s coming from their side. I found them very unprofessional and it’s not nice paying for service and not getting what you paid for.
My WiFi hasn’t been working for the past week communicated with Fibler since I have a contract with them and they said they will come sort out my issue. But still today no WiFi no communication from Vuma and left with no WiFi. Tried calling their customer care but to no avail. I’m so angry and frustrated cause I can’t do anything in my house without WiFi . I can’t be paying for something and not getting any service and help
I made a order at Melos pub and grill newcastle throu Mr delivery and my order arrived damaged and explained to the driver that I can't take the order.cause it was damaged while I went inside to fecth my phone the driver left with the food without explaining anything to me and I had paid online.without any explanation.
This is the most useless services you can use, aways writing lies on the delivery tracking way bill. I don't know how many times I've contacted them about receiving my package but they always making up useless stories till today I haven't received My carrol Boyes order.this company leaves a bad taste to my mouth with thier lazy and unprofessional workers.
They never give me any hassles very professional helpful
