I app**** for first home finance in 2023,since then it was a roller coaster ride.i was sent from one pillar post to another. When I app**** for the subsidy in 2023 my Son Kutloano who was 21 years old was not working.so I had to put him as my dependant cos his staying for me and he was unemployed.so I received an email on the 31.10.2025 from Genny Skosana stating that my application was declined because my son Kutloano is working for vector as a merchandiser. So I feel like this is unfair to me because the application was done before he started working.kutloano is no longer working for Vector and I wonder how did they do their research cos he was working under a contract. Had they done they work in time my application would have not been decline.also I feel like they think they are paying the subsidy with their home money.When you call them they are not friendly and helpful, they talk to you however they want.they are forgetting that they are there to help people.i am not happy with their service.they excel in poor customer service.

very bad service i app**** for flisp last year October however i kept on following up they kept on requesting documents which i provided, made a follow up and no assistance was given they all are dropping call even the receptionist ,my application was only put on the system in July since October 2024 ,tried to follow up check to check how far is the application their consultants and the manager are not responding to the email when you call their line they just greet and hangup ,their service is very much terrible i would understand if it happened only once but this behavior happens all the time one tries to reach out to the business .

I’m not happy with FLISP.. Iv long app**** in Nov and until today my application has not been processed..My agent started a new application n submitted everything on the 8th May.. I was told to wait for 21days until today.. Iv called and m told that they are escalating the matter ..we are now in July.. almost 2 months waiting for a response

❌ Review Title: Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service from FLIPS I app**** to FLIPS in September 2024 and have received no clear updates to this day. Despite multiple follow-ups, communication has been poor or nonexistent. This reflects a lack of professionalism, accountability, and a total disregard for Batho Pele principles. Applicants deserve better. FLIPS must urgently improve how they treat people.

I have send my documents from a employee January I never got any respond and I app**** online also the application got decline the I'd of my dependent are the the same as the one that I filled on the application forms, this absolutely ******* of the organisation the say the want a typed tribal stand location letter.

I've app**** for flips in 2022 my application was pending i reapply November 2024 I submitted every document they ask for. On the 7th of feb they say my application was withdrawn due to incomplete documentation. Why they didn't withdraw that application for 2022 they withdraw the one am making follow up on
